A message from spirit…Power, Greed and Love

10th April 2020 By Lisa Pryce-Jones

Power is indeed mighty but so is the sword.  There are times when power is justified but there are times when power is abused. Of late it is blatant abuse and disregard for people on all levels which has created the current situation. There is confusion, mass confusion and that is the intention.  By creating fear and panic the powers that be can implement what they want to achieve their goals which are usually monetary of course.  When will people learn? When will people open their eyes to what is happening all around them? It is greed, greed, greed on a colossal scale. Never has there been such a time when it has been so necessary to reunite for all the things that are so so important in human life.  We should show love to each other, compassion for each other, be able to trust in each … [Read more...]

A message from spirit…coronavirus and people’s attitudes and belief systems

28th March 2020 By Lisa Pryce-Jones

Coronavirus is threatening indeed. But far more life threatening is people’s attitudes and belief systems.  If we all continue in a selfish, vain and materialistic manner where will the world be? Humanity is what is needed. We are all equal in this world. So why is there such a divide you might ask?  There is plenty of everything to go around if it is appropriated fairly and properly. It is so wrong that those in power make decisions which penalises those so much in need. It is power, it is control and it is ego.  Clap the thunderous roar of Mother Nature. For it is shouting for all to hear Mother Nature’s message. Resources are precious, so precious, and should be treated as so.  Consumption, consumption, consumption is simply take, take, take. You cannot take without putting back in. … [Read more...]

A message from spirit…Surprise, Surprise

19th March 2020 By Lisa Pryce-Jones

As I meditated yesterday spirit gave me the following message to share: Surprise, surprise.  There is nothing like an element of surprise.  Surprise, uncertainty and doubt causes mayhem. Mayhem causes panic and panic causes disorder.  Nothing can prepare us for disorder.  Disorder on the streets, disorder in the mind and disorder in our life. What we need now is calmness. Calmness to allow time for thought. Time for reflection and time for evaluation. We have options. We can continue to abuse our power or we can take action to restore the balance of nature, have respect both for people and the planet. What will be if we continue down the present pathway? Where will human life … [Read more...]

A few thoughts…Gratitude

31st December 2019 By Lisa Pryce-Jones

Gratitude is a little understood concept in the West.  It is the basis of life…giving and taking…and being grateful for everything that we have.  The basic things in life are so special.  They are timeless and you cannot buy them.  You are not entitled to them.  Each day by being more aware of what you have, what you need and more importantly what you don’t have and don’t need is very empowering and thought provoking too.  Perhaps at this important time of year you can take some time to reflect on everything that you can be grateful for in your life and when considering your wish list for 2020 perhaps you can really think about what you truly need to give you greater inner peace and satisfaction. Time is a healer in many ways and will indeed help many who have had a difficult year but … [Read more...]

A few words…This time of year and Mental Health

10th October 2019 By Lisa Pryce-Jones

As I meditated today these inspired thoughts came into my mind...I hope you benefit from them too: At this time of year we often feel low in our mood as Autumn approaches, the temperature lowers, sunshine decreases and autumnal leaves appear.  It is normal for us to prepare for the winter months that lay ahead.  Start to feed ourselves with hearty filling foods to fend off colds and to allow our bodies the best chance of surviving the hardest season of the year.  Whilst times may well have changed over the years our bodies are effectively the same. We have the same primary purpose...to survive.  As Mental Health Awareness Day takes place today perhaps you can reflect on both your own and others well-being - all those around you (family, friends, colleagues, neighbours). We … [Read more...]

A few words…Uncertainty

4th October 2019 By Lisa Pryce-Jones

As I meditated these inspiring thoughts came into my mind...I hope you benefit from them too:  None of us like uncertainty.  It makes us feel vulnerable, at risk, uneasy.  But uncertainty is necessary as we are unable to control most things in our life.  Despite wishing to have control we are unable to – just how much control do you have in your life?  Can you control what time you get out of bed, what time you go to work, what time you shop, undertake activities etc.?  Most of us have our timescales mapped out for us.  So effectively all we can control are elements around these structures, work patterns etc.. By staying or sitting in the present moment (whether you are preparing or enjoying drinks/meals, watching and listening to nature (maybe going for a walk or simply sitting in your … [Read more...]

A few words…Forgiveness

3rd August 2019 By Lisa Pryce-Jones

As I meditated these inspiring thoughts came into my mind...I hope you benefit from them too: Forgiveness is difficult.  It can be overwhelming, all consuming and on occasions unbearable.  But, it has to be let go to avoid it being detrimental to your own well-being.  It can eat you up but only if you allow it to. The best course of action is to let it go.  We all have our own journey and we all have to learn from mistakes.  Focus on what you can do and what you can control for that is all you can do.  Enjoy your life, aspire to be the best you can be and make the most of each and every second for tomorrow is not guaranteed.  Keep friends close and enemies closer they say but why keep toxic people in your life?  Be bold, be brave, do what is right for you.  Surround yourselves with … [Read more...]

A few thoughts…Life and Easter

21st April 2019 By Lisa Pryce-Jones

As I meditated these inspiring thoughts came to my mind...I hope you benefit from them too: Life is precious and so are we.  We worry sometimes about the small things in life when we should focus on the bigger things.  Perspective is so important.  But so easily perspective is lost.  Easter is a time of reflection.  A time of renewed growth and spiritual awareness.  Enjoy the eggs of course but take time to take stock of your life, evaluate your purpose, meaning and intent and strive to make changes in your world that will benefit many others too.  For we all know that we can do so much more to help others around us.  Forgiveness is needed all around the world.  By forgiving we are able to move forward and repair the damage created by man. Make changes now and you can be part of global … [Read more...]

A few thoughts…Life

28th February 2019 By Lisa Pryce-Jones

As I meditated these inspiring thoughts came to my mind...I hope you benefit from them too: Life is to be enjoyed...each and every day.  Each moment on this earth is precious.  Take nothing for granted as tomorrow is not guaranteed.  Fill every moment with a memory, laughter or an impression which will last.  For those things will live on...far longer than any material possession.  Take your time there is no hurry. Be patient, be kind, be understanding.  For it is these actions that will set a chain reaction of similar acts and these will go on and on and on.  Life is not easy at times, it is not meant to be.  But some peoples challenges are indeed much greater than others.  Together we can do so much to ease suffering.  It can seem too overwhelming to work out solutions but one person … [Read more...]

A few thoughts…Gratitude

15th November 2018 By Lisa Pryce-Jones

As I meditated earlier these inspiring thoughts came to my mind...I hope you benefit from them too:  We should be grateful for everything that we have in our lives.  No matter how little we may think that we have we always have our connection with God.  One divine source of love and light always there for us in our time of need.  Sometimes we have to lose or have little to learn lessons.  Not withstanding man made greed of course that is a different matter.  We all have challenges to face at various points throughout.  Some are indeed far bigger than others.  Life does not seem fair at times, it is not meant too.  It is supposed to be challenging and testing and for some it is unbearably so.  There is so much to be learned in this lifetime.  You can work tirelessly and store up … [Read more...]
