I am delighted to share that my first book, Inspiration from the Universe, is now ready for sharing with the world. It contains beautiful messages from my guides in spirit to help us in our daily lives. You can access it via Amazon Kindle right now using the link below and the paperback book is scheduled for release in just 7 days time. I will be receiving my first delivery of books next Friday – I can’t wait to have them in my hand.
I hope that you enjoy reading it as much as I have enjoyed channelling it. Once you have read I wonder if you could help me simply by sharing a review too.
Warmest wishes

If you have an interest in energy work or different indigenous cultures this really is a must watch movie. You may recall that 3 years ago David and I spent time in New Zealand with indigenous Māori healers and learned how to carry out healing sessions working with their ancestors. We were delighted to hear that a movie has recently been released called Mauri (which translates to energy). It invites you to explore the healing traditions of Aotearoa (North Island), a journey which has been carried by Māori healers, elders, and knowledge keepers who tend to intergenerational wounds through land, language, and ceremony. Filmed in close relationship with those who carry ancestral wisdom, Mauri reveals how healing is not an individual pursuit but a collective remembering – guided by spirit, whenua (land), and the relational threads that colonial disruption could not sever.
The movie also refers to other indigenous groups across the world.
With breathtaking imagery and intimate storytelling, the film brings us into the spaces where trauma is not “treated” but held, where stories, prayers, medicines, and rituals offer pathways back to connection.
Mauri does not explain Māori healing, it moves with it – listening to still pulses beneath silence, honoring what remains alive in the hands of those who never forgot.
We have watched it repeatedly and it is amazing. Here is the link:-
If you would like to experience a Māori healing session with David or myself just get in touch as we would be delighted to share the wonders of Māori healing with you (in-person sessions only).
Warmest wishes

We had a wonderful trip recently with our grandchildren to the magical Castell-Coch in Tongwynlais, South Wales. It is such a romantic castle and every time I go there I am mesmerised by the incredible beauty and the detail in the artwork is incredible. Behind every drawing is a story of love – both between the husband and wife that he built the castle for and also the love of nature too. It was interesting to read how the owner was also interested in mysticism too and this is evident in some of the design features such as crystal balls placed on the bed frame. We are so very lucky to have such special historic sites on our doorstep, being cared for so sympathetically, by the organisation Cadw. The restoration is ongoing to dry out the thick stone walls which has been effecting some of the inner walls. Hopefully it won’t be too much longer before we can walk the around the lovely grounds too.
