NEWS: Now trained in Advanced Breath Work with Oxygen Advantage!
What an amazing, yet very intense week, in Switzerland that my parter David and I have just had completing the Advanced Breath Work Instructor Training with World Leading Breath Work Expert Patrick McKeown.
We feel so very grateful for this opportunity – our hearts feel so very full knowing how this work will help both us and our family personally and also our clients. Breath is taken for granted, often used incorrectly, but when altered can be life changing enhancing both day to day living and maximising performance too!
We cannot wait to implement our knowledge and help clients even more with this profound work!
