Well done to Calon Hearts team for a great event
We had a great day yesterday at the Calon Hearts Christmas fund raiser in Llandaff. I’m sure they raised lots of funds towards much needed defibrillators. The sun shone down on us throughout the day and it was so lovely to be out talking to people and sharing our beautiful range of crystals!
Next Saturday (26th November 2022) David and I will at St Davids Hospice Christmas Fayre which is being held at Chepstow Race Course from 10am to 4pm. There are over 75 fabulous stalls so come and join us, support this great cause and hopefully buy lovely gifts from local businesses too.

We are at Llandaff Christmas Market on Saturday 18th December 11am-3.30pm
We are delighted to be joining the Llandaff Christmas Market on Saturday 19th November 2022 which is being held in the Bishop’s Palace. The Christmas Market is open to the public from 11am to 4pm. Activities will then follow on High Street until 9pm with the Christmas lights also being switched on!
We have some really special crystals to share with you so if you fancy buying something for yourself or others there will be plenty to choose from! There is also a range of fabulous other stalls including delicious food and there are various events such as school choirs performing too. We hope you come and join us for some early festive cheer!

What is Reiki Healing and Crystal Therapy?
Both Reiki and Crystal Therapy offer ways of channeling natural energy for healing on all levels – physical, emotional, mental and spiritual.
Crystals harness the energy around them to bring about improvements, change and balance. Many cultures have long appreciated the ability of crystals to help with health and emotional issues.
Reiki is a very powerful healing practice in which the practitioner channels Reiki (universal life force energy which is in and around every living being). When Crystals are also used with Reiki it is like hitting the healing overdrive switch! Crystals have an innate energy of their own and they help to bring everything to balance and speeds up the body’s natural healing ability.
What should I expect in my Reiki with Crystals session?
Following your consultation crystals will be selected to meet your needs. A crystal grid will be created under the therapy bed. As you lay down (or if preferred sit on a chair) listening to calming music Reiki will be shared with you by placing my hands on non-sensitive parts of your body. Crystals will be placed on and around you too. As you relax, allowing the healing to take place, you may experience a range of things (e.g. feelings of warmth/coolness/cold/tingling, your body being aligned) and you may even see colours or images).
