Would you like to join us for a Sound Bath on Sunday 11th September?
I am delighted to share that on Sunday 11th September (7-8pm) we will be hosting a sound bath with Gabi from Purple Dragon Therapies at Rhiwderin Village Hall.
So if you would like to relax your mind and body and increase your feeling of well-being this sound bath may just be what you need. Simply allow your mind and body to relax as you listen to beautiful sound waves produced by healing instruments such as singing bowls, chimes, gongs and tuning forks. Starting with a meditation to ground you into mother earth with the heartbeat of the drum merging with yours. Percussion instruments will remove any dense energy, ground you to the earth and prepare your mind, body and spirit to open to the sound and vibration of the Tibetan and crystal singing bowls, gongs and tuning forks. This brings the cells in your body to vibrate up to the frequency of the sound allowing you to release whatever no longer serves your highest good.
Please bring your own mat if you wish to lay down and we recommend bringing a pillow and blanket too so you are very cosy.

Together we have raised £500 towards the Ukrainian DEC appeal
I am so very delighted to share that by David Muzzlewhite and myself offering Reiki healing sessions during March, with the entire proceeds being donated to the Ukrainian DEC appeal, we have managed to raise £500 (£400 plus £100 gift aid).
Thank you so very much to everyone who has supported us and contributed to this much needed cause. Let’s all keep working together in whatever way that we can , doing our little bit to help make our world a better place.

Today is a day to celebrate…
Today as we celebrate International Women’s Day I raise a glass to each and every woman – whatever you are doing. We all have different backgrounds, cultures, families, aspirations and challenges. But collectively we contribute hugely often at our own personal expense. So today I would like to suggest that you take some time to reflect on all that you do, celebrate your achievements, acknowledge the obstacles or traumas that you have overcome, feel grateful for everything that you have in your life and know that collectively we can all continue to help make our world a better place. In order to raise further funds for the BritishRedCross DEC Ukrainian appeal, we have decided to extend our offer of Reiki healing sessions (in person or by Zoom) for just £20 (discounted from £40) throughout the month of March. This offer is open to new, past and current customers and 100% of proceeds raised will be donated to this greatly needed cause.

The healing sessions will be carried out in our healing rooms at Rhiwderin Village. Benefits of healing includes:-
All sessions are carried out using non-touch which means that the healing energy is channelled from the universe by the healer and effectively sent across the therapy room to you as you lay comfortably on the therapy bed or sit down on a chair whilst listening to relaxing music. This is just as effective as a hands-on healing session but without any risks associated with close contact. We also offer sessions via Zoom if you are unable to join us in person.
