What is Reiki Healing and Crystal Therapy?

Both Reiki and Crystal Therapy offer ways of channeling natural energy for healing on all levels – physical, emotional, mental and spiritual.

Crystals harness the energy around them to bring about improvements, change and balance. Many cultures have long appreciated the ability of crystals to help with health and emotional issues.

Reiki is a very powerful  healing practice in which the practitioner channels Reiki (universal life force energy which is in and around every living being). When Crystals are also used with Reiki it is like hitting the healing overdrive switch! Crystals have an innate energy of their own and they help to bring everything to balance and speeds up the body’s natural healing ability.

What should I expect in my Reiki with Crystals session?

Following your consultation crystals will be selected to meet your needs.  A crystal grid will be created under the therapy bed.  As you lay down  (or if preferred sit on a chair) listening to calming music Reiki will be shared with you by placing my hands on non-sensitive parts of your body. Crystals will be placed on and around you too.   As you relax, allowing the healing to take place, you may experience a range of things (e.g. feelings of warmth/coolness/cold/tingling, your body being aligned) and you may even see colours or images).
