My partner David and I have gained firsthand knowledge from learning Reiki healing in Japan, including visits to sacred sites like Mount Kurama, where the founder of Reiki, Mikao Usui, discovered his healing abilities. Immerse yourself in the culture and heritage of Reiki as we also explore our journey to the Taniai the village where Usui grew up and gave homage at his resting place in Tokyo.
But that’s just the beginning. Our comprehensive course includes meticulously crafted teaching manuals, empowering guided meditations including a transformative attunement to the healing energy of Reiki which includes listening to birdsong which we recorded as we personally meditated on Mt Kurama.

Reiki Level 1 – First Degree (2 days):
In Reiki Level 1 you will learn how to use Reiki to heal yourself, family and friends. The course comprises both theoretical teaching and hands-on practice. The main aims of the course are to provide you with the fundamental background knowledge of Reiki and give you the ability and the confidence to start to use Reiki healing to improve both your life and also family and friends. The course includes:-
- A private Reiki treatment by Lisa Pryce-Jones a week prior to the course.
- Training – in person with a comprehensive manual.
- A Reiki journal to record your journey.
- Your Reiki lineage (ancestry record back to Dr Usui).
- Invite to monthly Reiki Shares (small fee payable).
- Unlimited lifetime support.

- Students must complete a workbook and provide case studies before certification is awarded.
Cost: £225 (which includes 2 full days training 1 month apart, a 121 healing session prior to the course, a dowser and a journal to record your healing journey, in person attunement and lifetime support).

A little indulgent treat and some self-care for us!
Self-care is so very important and only we can do it! As a therapist I always ensure that I am in a good place and I enjoy embracing opportunities for learning new things regularly, so that I can be as effective as possible when supporting my clients, and more importantly for nourishing my personal needs. It was my partner David’s birthday earlier this week and I had opportunely spotted that some Maori healers were on tour in the UK from New Zealand and with us both having completed a Maori Healing course in NZ last year I knew that both David and I would love the opportunity to recharge our batteries with some Maori Healing. So a trip to Cheshire for a few days was planned. We firstly completed a workshop where we learned how to use sticks (known as Raakau) as part of our self-healing routine which helps to open up the body and release energy blockages. Then on the second day we enjoyed one-to-one bodywork sessions. Compared to other healing modalities (Spiritual Healing/Reiki) Maori Healing is much more physical (and can be painful too) but we both really enjoyed and benefited from it.
We are just finishing off decorating our new Crystal/Maori Healing room and will be launching Crystal Healing and Maori Healing sessions in line with Healing Awareness Week in May so look out for our Special Offers coming soon!

Meditation with Reiki & Crystals…Sun 3rd March 7-8pm
Would you like to relax and recharge your batteries? If so, we would be delighted to help you with an evening of Meditation with Crystals and Reiki on Sunday 3rd March 7-8pm. As you sit around a beautiful display of crystals I will take you on a guided meditation to let go of anything that doesn’t serve your highest good and balance your mind and body with both David and I sharing Reiki healing energy with you. Reiki activates your immune system, alleviates any anxiety/stress, reduces any pain/discomfort, can help to repair any injuries more quickly, builds your resilience and revitalises you. Please note this session involves us placing our hands upon your head and shoulders if you are happy for us to do so.
