Whatever you are doing today on this Valentines Day, regardless of relationship status, I hope you take time today to relax and do whatever makes you smile. Love certainly makes the world go around and the world certainly needs more love! It’s not about commercialism though (even though I treated my partner to the fabulous cakes below supporting a local trader) it is about how we treat ourselves, our loved ones and everyone else throughout the whole year that really matters. Lisa is an experienced Reiki therapist (Usui Shiki Ryoho) who completed her Reiki Master Teaching Degree in Japan, the birthplace of Reiki. Courses are mostly taught jointly with Lisa’s partner David Muzzlewhite who is also a Reiki Master Teacher. The courses offered include Reiki First Degree, Second Degree, Reiki Practitioner, Professional Reiki Practitioner, Reiki Master Practitioner and Reiki Master Teacher. All courses are taught in small groups to maximise the learning experience. If preferred Lisa can teach to bespoke groups or on a 1-2-1 basis.
Reiki Level 1 – First Degree (2 days):
In Reiki Level 1 you will learn how to use Reiki to heal yourself, family and friends. The course comprises both theoretical teaching and hands-on practice. The main aims of the course are to provide you with the fundamental background knowledge of Reiki and give you the ability and the confidence to start to use Reiki healing to improve both your life and also family and friends. Congratulations to Tanya, David, Lisa & Charlie on achieving Reiki Level 2 (Okuden)
Last weekend it was a pleasure for David and I to teach Tanya, David, Lisa and Charlie Reiki 2 again. The course increased their ability to channel 10 times more healing than the previous Reiki 1 course. It was fabulous to hear about each of their personal journey from the first course day a month ago, as they went through their personal 21 day cleanse.
