This week is Healing Awareness Week. Spiritual Healing complements conventional medicine by treating the whole person – mind, body and spirit. Healers, such as myself, act as a channel for transferring healing ‘universal’ energy to the person who needs it and the benefits can be felt on many levels – physical, mental and emotional. - Relaxes the mind and body at a very deep level and helps the body to release stress and tension.

I am delighted to share that I have had my first article published in the winter edition of the UK Reiki Federation Magazine. The UK Reiki Federation is the largest Reiki organiation in the UK and it sets the highest standard for Reiki. My article focuses on the work that I have led, with a team of wonderful healers, during the pandemic to help both staff and residents at the national disability charity Leonard Cheshire, with the wonderful Reiki healing energy. Mr George Stone
This morning was the funeral of Mr George Stone who was an amazing Spiritual and Crystal Healer who founded Newport Holism Centre. It was a privilege to have trained with George and his team and to have worked alongside him giving healing to people at various Mind, Body & Spirit events. Such a gentle, compassionate and genuine person who was cherished by so many people. Due to the pandemic we were unable to attend his funeral but we were able to stand on the main road outside the Langstone Village Hall (where the Newport Holism Centre meet and give healing voluntarily weekly) and pay our respects as George made his final trip with his family to Langstone Crematorium. Cardiff Wellbeing Festival
I had an amazing day yesterday at the Cardiff Wellbeing Festival held in the beautiful City Hall. I personally gave Spiritual Healing to eleven people and talked to many more on the benefits of the complementary therapies which I can provide (which includes Hypnotherapy, Spiritual Healing, Reiki, Past Life Regression, Tapping and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy). Additionally many people sampled the organic range of Organo beverages which contain the superfood and King of Chinese herbs (ganoderma lucidium) which has a wide range of health benefits. Healing Awareness Week
This week is Healing Awareness Week. We all experience healing each and every day without realising it. As we sleep each night our mind gets to work repairing and restoring our body. When we listen attentively to others problems, whether it is a friend or complete stranger, we are helping to heal them. I have spent today with many other people at the Arthur Findlay College in Stansted continuing to expand my healing abilities and taking time to receive spiritual healing personally which was wonderful.
