Empowering you to become healthier and happier
Empowering you to become healthier and happier

Today I attended the Newport Holism Centre’s Mind, Body and Spirit event (held in Langstone Village Hall) where I gave a presentation on how to help people sleep more effectively. It is shocking to think that the World Health Organisation has actually declared a “sleep loss epidemic” in developed nations as a result of two thirds of adults failing to get the recommended 8 hours sleep per night. This has detrimentally and significantly impacted upon both physical and mental wellbeing of people and unless individuals, education systems, employers and government policy take responsibility and make changes to allow people to work flexibly to enable them to learn/work at the optimum time for them the trend is likely to continue to worsen.
I was also absolutely delighted to share with the group a reading which was given specifically to me yesterday to share with the group by one of my spiritual guides:
Dreams
In our dream state we do so much – as well as restoring our bodies to optimum health we focus on what we need and want in our life. Our emotions come flooding through in our dreams which are often confusing to us at the time, but with the benefit of hindsight, they always make sense. Take control of your lives, achieve what you want and need but above all remain true to your personal values. Wealth has no use if you don’t have your health. Counting pennies will not create memories. Do things that will make you smile and laugh when you look back and reflect. Create circles around you that are filled with love, trust and genuine friendship. Dispense with falseness and things or people who do not impact upon your life positively for they are simply unwanted baggage. Love as much as you can, live within your means and cherish everything around you.
If you would like to benefit from a relaxing group meditation followed by spiritual or crystal healing why not join us on any Tuesday evening at the Newport Holism Centre (based in the Langstone Village Hall, Old Chepstow Road, Langstone, NP18 2ND) from 7pm till 9.30pm. Alternatively if you would prefer a one-to-one Spiritual Healing/Hypnotherapy/Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) session I would be delighted to help you. Please see my website for further details or contact me.
To continue raising awareness of the help and complementary therapies available please like, comment and share.

This week is Healing Awareness Week. We all experience healing each and every day without realising it. As we sleep each night our mind gets to work repairing and restoring our body. When we listen attentively to others problems, whether it is a friend or complete stranger, we are helping to heal them. I have spent today with many other people at the Arthur Findlay College in Stansted continuing to expand my healing abilities and taking time to receive spiritual healing personally which was wonderful.
Spiritual Healing complements conventional medicine by treating the whole person – mind, body and spirit. Healers, such as myself, act as a channel for transferring healing ‘universal’ energy to the person who needs it and the benefits can be felt on many levels – physical, mental and emotional.
Next Sunday (13th May 2018 – 10am-5pm) I will be at the Newport Holism Centre’s Mind, Body & Spirit event (Lysaghts Institute, Orb Drive, Corporation Rd, NP19 OXB) and will be available to have a chat about how Hypnotherapy & Healing could help you. Additionally there will be opportunities for you to experience Spiritual Healing throughout the day.
Please share this page with your friends and family.
Kindest regards
