Empowering you to become healthier and happier
Empowering you to become healthier and happier

Just look at these beautiful new additions to our garden. Nine years have absolutely flown by since my partner David and I met and we could not resist treating each other with these beauties to mark the milestone and to admire each day as we walk across the decorative chippings to our Zen Den – Nellie from Nara, Japan and Dai the good old Welsh Dragon!
We wanted something to remind us of our incredible trip to Nara in Japan, where the deers bow to you as you feed them deer crackers. The city holds a very special place in our hearts and in Japan deer (sika deer) are highly revered as sacred messengers of the gods (kami) in the indigenous Shinto religion. They symbolize peace, prosperity, longevity, and divine communication.
Thanks to Tim and Debbie of Onnen Studios in Llandilio for our beautiful bespoke metalwork – we absolutely love them Nellie and Dai!

In a world where you can be anything… be kind.
Kind to people who think differently to you.
Kind to people whose path is not your path.
Kind to people who believe differently, heal differently, cope differently and grow differently.
Not everybody is meant to work the same way, live the same way or see the world through the same lens. Diversity in thought, belief and approach is what makes humanity interesting.
But most importantly, be kind to yourself too.
Do not shrink yourself to fit environments that no longer align with your values.
Do not betray who you are just to gain acceptance.
And do not allow other people’s judgement, ego or closed-mindedness to make you question your own heart or purpose.
Mental Health Awareness Week is a reminder that words matter.
Compassion matters.
Empathy matters.
You never truly know what somebody else is carrying, healing from or navigating behind the scenes.
There is strength in being direct.
There is strength in being spiritual.
There is strength in being practical.
There is strength in being sensitive.
None of those things cancel each other out.
So today, choose kindness.
Towards others.
Towards yourself.
And towards the parts of you that refuse to stop shining just because somebody else does not understand your light.
Together, united, we can all make a difference and help to make our world a better place.

This video is a little tribute to my beautiful dog, who is sadly no longer with us 🐾🤍. He taught me so much about resilience, determination, love, and the importance of never giving up on what you truly need — whether that’s comfort, connection, safety, or simply a cosy place to rest.
Even on difficult days, he kept going with trust, persistence, and heart. Watching him reminded me that resilience doesn’t always have to be loud or dramatic. Sometimes it’s gentle. Sometimes it’s simply taking one more step forward, asking for comfort, or believing tomorrow will feel brighter.
For Mental Health Awareness Week, I wanted to share this special memory because many of us are carrying struggles that others cannot see. If you’re having a hard time right now, please know you are not alone.
Life can feel tough sometimes… but healing, hope, and brighter days are still possible.
Thank you for watching and remembering my beautiful boy Ace with me.

We did something that truly challenged us…
David and I faced one of our biggest fears — heights — as we stood 57 floors up at the iconic Marina Bay Sands Hotel in Singapore, stepping into that infinity pool and swimming right to the very edge, overlooking the entire city was incredible!
Every part of our body was screaming at us to stay back. That instinctive inner voice kicked in, the one designed to protect us. And while that voice has its place, sometimes… it doesn’t serve our highest good. Sometimes it holds us back from fully living and creating amazing lifelong memories.
Because the truth is, fear isn’t always danger.
Often, it’s just unfamiliar.
In that moment, we had a choice:
Listen to the fear… or gently move through it.
We slowed our breathing.
We grounded ourselves.
We reminded our minds that we were safe.
And then something shifted.
What started as fear turned into exhilaration. Presence. Freedom.
A moment we’ll never forget.
This is exactly the work I’m so passionate about — helping others understand that the thoughts in our heads aren’t always truths. They can be reshaped, softened, and supported.
Through breathwork, hypnotherapy, and healing techniques, I help people reconnect with themselves, regulate their nervous system, and step beyond the limits they once believed were fixed.
Because life isn’t meant to be lived on the sidelines.
It’s meant to be felt. Fully. Fearlessly. In the moment.
If you’re ready to move beyond what’s holding you back, I’d love to support you.
