Presented with Blue Medicine Buddha scroll signed by His Holiness the Dalai Lama
Last week David and I were absolutely delighted to receive a personal blessing from Geshe Lama Ahbay Tulku Rinpoche to help us continue evolving spiritually. As we sat in our beautiful therapy room Ahbay Rinpoche brought in the healing energies using the White Tara Buddha (representing longevity, health, wisdom and compassionate healing), Green Tara Buddha (representing protection, active compassion and swift assistance) and Blue Medicine Buddha (representing tranquility, healing and infinite possibilities). As we received the blessings, which lasted over an hour, we both experienced a range of sensations and saw different colours too. We felt so very peaceful after it.
Following the blessing Ahbay Rinpoche also presented us with beautiful gift for hosting him for 5 days. It is sensational – bringing in Blue Medicine Buddha energy from His Holiness the Dalai Lama, with the scroll adorned with his personal signature. Luckily this moment was captured so we wanted to share it with you. Earlier in the week he had gifted us a Green Tara scroll, so both scrolls now hang proudly opposite each other in one of the our therapy rooms so that our clients can benefit from them too.
Our life experiences to date have taught us that whether receiving Spiritual Healing, Reiki healing, Maori healing, Tibetan blessings or one of the many other forms of healing across different cultures, they all access the incredible universal healing energies – which is available to all of us, helping us for our highest good, whenever we ask.

Reiki Level 1 – First Degree (2 days):
In Reiki Level 1 you will learn how to use Reiki to heal yourself, family and friends. The course comprises both theoretical teaching and hands-on practice. The main aims of the course are to provide you with the fundamental background knowledge of Reiki and give you the ability and the confidence to start to use Reiki healing to improve both your life and also family and friends. The course includes:-
- A private Reiki treatment by Lisa Pryce-Jones a week prior to the course (value £50).
- Training – in person with a comprehensive manual.
- In-person Reiki attunement.
- A Reiki journal to record your journey.
- Your Reiki lineage (ancestry record back to the founder of Reiki Mikao Usui).
- Invite to monthly Reiki Shares (small fee payable).
