Today is International Thank-You Day which reminds us to be grateful to those that have helped us or improved our life in some way.
January is often a good time for reflection, making changes and forming new healthier habits. So what better way to progress into the year by expressing our thanks more, even for the simple things we often take for granted, which can help to make the recipient feel that they are doing something worthwhile, valued and help them know that they are making a difference! We can’t all be high flyers but we can all make our world a kinder place by being more grateful and thankful.
I absolutely love my job helping people both in one to one therapy and teaching. I am so grateful to meet and help so many lovely people and see them flourish and achieve their therapy goals! I’m also very grateful to be able to communicate with people via social media and spread the news on how complementary therapies, which work alongside the medical profession, and are so beneficial in helping us to achieve wellness in our lives.
