Rhossili Sunflowers – a must place to visit!

I wanted to share with you what a lovely day my partner David and I had recently as we visited the beautiful Rhossili Sunflowers in the Gower.  The coastal walk was amazing, with majestic beach and sea views, we watched the wild horses grazing and then bathed in the beautiful field of yellow sunflowers and wild flowers.  You can’t help but feel so very uplifted and cleansed too with all the vibrant flowers surrounding you coupled with the salty sea air. We even had a gorgeous meal there too.

Did you know that the colour yellow is associated with your solar plexus chakra which is at the top of your tummy where you hold your emotions?  Wearing, seeing or sensing yellow can help to balance that energy centre. Also sea water is so helpful to cleanse your energy field which is partly why you feel so good following a walk at the beach or if you are brave a dip in the sea!
