Empowering you to become healthier and happier
Empowering you to become healthier and happier
This month, let’s remind ourselves and each other that it is okay to not be okay. Life’s pressures can feel overwhelming at times, and no one should face them alone.
To all the men out there struggling in silence—your feelings are valid. Your worries, stress, and even the darkest thoughts are nothing to be ashamed of. You don’t have to carry this weight by yourself. Talking to a friend, family member, or a mental health professional can make a world of difference.
If you’re having thoughts of giving up, know this: your loved ones are never better off without you. They care about you, love you and they want to help. So even if you may feel powerless or even alone right now remember that where there is a will to change, there is a way forward.
Taking that first step can be tough, but it’s one of the most powerful decisions you can make. Don’t wait—reach out. Let’s break the stigma, one conversation at a time.
If you feel drawn to get in touch to find out how I could help you just get in touch – I am here to help whenever you are ready to make changes. Alternative support services available includes calling 111 (option 2 for mental health services), making an appointment with your GP or if experiencing suicidal thoughts contacting Samaritans Cymru http://www.samaritans.org/cymru
