Fancy joining us for a Sound Bath on Sunday 9th October – 7-8pm?

I am delighted to share that on Sunday 9th October (7-8pm) we will be hosting a sound bath at Rhiwderin Village Hall with Gabi from Purple Dragon Therapies.

So if you would like to relax your mind and body and increase your feeling of well-being this sound bath may just be what you need.  Simply allow your mind and body to relax as you listen to beautiful sound waves produced by healing instruments such as singing bowls, chimes, gongs and tuning forks. Starting with a meditation to ground you into mother earth with the heartbeat of the drum merging with yours. Percussion instruments will remove any dense energy, ground you to the earth and prepare your mind, body and spirit to open to the sound and vibration of the Tibetan and crystal singing bowls, gongs and tuning forks. This brings the cells in your body to vibrate up to the frequency of the sound allowing you to release whatever no longer serves your highest good.

Please bring your own mat if you wish to lay down and we recommend bringing a pillow and blanket too so you are very cosy.  If you would prefer to sit chairs will be provided.
