I really struggled with social anxiety to the point where I would be physically sick if I ever had to leave the house. I became very antisocial and avoided going anywhere except for school and work. I only felt comfortable in my own home, but still worried about the next day when I’d have to leave again. Lisa and her hypnotherapy program really helped. My weight has evened out more as I’m able to keep down the food I need. I am a lot more social and have even made new friends. It is something that you need to be completely open minded about, and I must admit I struggled with my first session, but by the time I’d reached my third I was seeing massive improvements in my every day life. My condition reached extremes and I wasn’t sure if I would ever be rid of it, but Lisa gave me so many helpful tips and encouragement to ensure I reached my goal. Since, I haven’t been sick once in a social situation and without the stress and worry, my life has become easier and I’m enjoying every day as it comes. I wouldn’t have been able to do anything I’ve done recently without the help of Lisa and hypnotherapy, so for that I am so grateful!
